Super comfy beds great location 😀 - Fantastically comfortable bed. Nespresso machine thank you thank you. Delightful staff. Great location 😞 - Not wild about a shower directly in the room if I was sharing (but I wasn’t so it was fine !)

Excellent hotel in the perfect location. 😀 - What a fantastic hotel. Perfect location, secure parking, very friendly and accommodating staff, excellent breakfast and clean, well-proportioned and air conditioned rooms. Location is excellent - opposite the ferris wheel and chocolate and Olympic museums. Pool is great. 😞 - Nothing.

Comfortable stay, good location 😀 - Good location, very clean, nice bathroom and useful kitchenette. Swimming pool was lovely. Air conditioning worked. 😞 - Apartment was a studio and smaller than I had anticipated from photos but it was functional. Swimming pool though really appreciated was deep sided so children (4, 7) had to hold on to an adult as couldn't reach the side.

Very good 😀 - Great location with parking garage directly in the hotel. It's nice to have a swim in the pool in the evening and sauna is confortable, price reasonable. Big room. 😞 - The room design is special, transpearant shower compartment in the room with curten. The smell of air freshener to cover the smell from sewer is terrible. Breakfast was ok, but a bit dispoited, far away from 4 stars level.

Comfortable 😀 - Nice to have a pool 😞 - The rooms aren’t very sound proof-I could hear next door and the room above early every morning at 6.30am

Nice powerful shower, lovely room and a 12o’clock check out means you don’t have to forgo a decent sleep. 😀 - The fact that it had a pool and sauna. Location was convenient too. 😞 - Returned to hotel on the night to get a sauna 1.5hrs before closing and it was switched off! Several people wanted to use it so asked reception if it could be turned on and they said no as it would take too long to heat up.

High quality rooms in a building with character. Even tho the room was on the smaller side, everything was high quality and the beds were very comfortable. A breath of fresh air after staying in hotels of large multinational chains the nights previous. Hotel a 5–mins walk to where the city's many beautiful building and squares begin. In the other direction you have a lovely river walk along the quays.

Very good 😀 - Nice apartment, centrally located. Good with own parking. 😞 - Our apartment was on floor 5 without elevator so this was very hard with luggage. Quite expensive and no 4 star feeling. A bit pricey breakfast but free for kids.

It was lovely and a great stay I would stay again just wouldn’t pay for breakfast 😀 - It was very expensive for what you get, it was very basic and not very vegetarian friendly 😞 - How expensive it was and the lack of hot food, also the beans were in with the chicken. It would be of been nice to have the pool throughout the day aswell especially when it was hot

Really enjoyable stay. Would recommend 😀 - The reception/bar area is lovely. It’s well situated and the staff were very welcoming 😞 - The room was very basic for the rating and cost. I’m sure the pool is lovely but it is closed for hours every day to be cleaned and I didn’t get to use it.

Great hotel just awkward showering facilities 😀 - Clean, friendly staff and great location 😞 - Shower and basin were in middle of room with curtain around, not practical when travelling with 17 year old son. Thought we’d use the showers at pool instead but didn’t seem to be any.

Hotel did the job. Overnight stop en route back to England from Berlin 😀 - Location and price 😞 - Poor TV options (no English speaking channels)

Good option for a short stay in Cologne 😀 - Close to river and downtown, old renovated hotel with excellent swimming pool and small gym. 😞 - Very small room

Absolutely first class in every department 😀 - I’ve stayed in 100 of hotel in my time but this one had made my top 5 wow just excellent value you for money great location great people great everything I definitely be back 👍👍👍 😞 - Nothing 1st class
