Perfect choice at Rhein coast, superclose to center. 😀 - Excellent location at the river coast, calm street, nice staff, pool. 😞 - Sauna nice but on request (it was on in the evening, but off in the morning)

Overall nice experience, would stay again. 😀 - Central location and a nice, spacious apartment for a family. Pool was also a nice addition and the garage was very useful. 😞 - Nothing really. One thing (which is also mentioned by the hotel) is that there is no lift for the apartments.

Excellent 😀 - Very spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, central location close to the Rein. Well equipped fitness facilities with a pool. 😞 - Shower is not sufficiently separated from the room.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of the city, about 15 minutes away on foot from the Cathedral. The room was very spacious, but the WC was separated from the sink and the shower and that is not a good choice in my opinion. The fan in the room with the WC is very noisy and it turns off only several minutes after the lights have been turned off (a little bit annoying in my opinion). The staff is very kind but doesn't speak english very well. There is a nice internal swimming pool on the first floor (not heated).

Fair price and stay 😀 - Very good location, in a walking distance to all landmark. Comfortable room and a very friendly staff. 😞 - We had a little snag with the garage (we asked to reserve 2 spots and during checkin it was said we didn’t), but the reception solved it after showing them the mail exchange. But I assume someone was left without garage. As our problem was solved, it was a minus setback that didn’t impact our stay nor satisfaction.

We stayed here in December for 3 nights to visit the Christmas markets and city sights.|The hotel is well located for all markets and places of interest.|It is located in the riverside.|The room we were allocated was a large room with the view of the river, and yes the bathroom shower and sink was in the main room but we thought this was a quirky touch and it had privacy curtains to separate this from view of the main room. |We had a drink in the lounge and we found the reception staff very pleasant. We can’t comment on breakfast as we chose room only to make the most of the bakeries in the town.

Great location and comfy 😀 - Location was excellent, 20-minutes walk to Dom, shopping street and shopping centers, and many nice and high-rated restaurants. There is paid parking available and it's worth it to leave your car at the hotel. There is a nice and relatively large swimming pool and sauna. Our room was nice, good size and comfortable beds and pillows, separate toilet and a good shower. We didn't have breakfasts but there are several cafes nearby. 😞 - Everything was good except that the toilet didn't look to be cleaned or it was an old one.

Very cozy hotel with a luxurious feel for a great price 😀 - Location is perfect for Christmas market season, within walking distance to all central markets, museums and cathedral. There is also an excellent italian food place nearby. Room was spotless, cleaning service everyday. Very comfy bed, good heating, Nespresso coffee machine was a really nice bonus (they put new capsules with each room cleaning), spatious wardrobe, bathroom felt luxurious and well-equiped (plenty towels, toiletries, paper, hairdryer). Hotel has a pool but we didn't try it (it was winter). Overall great value for money compared to other options!! 😞 - No mini fridge in our room (maybe in more expensive rooms?), no kettle for tea, breakfast a little expensive so we didn't try it.
